“Taking inspiration from Edinburgh Science Festival's 2025 theme 'Spaceship Earth', I created a concept for a short film in the style of a docu-drama set in the future.

The story follows communities of people living in Scotland, cutting between snowy winter in the hills, a temperate rainforest and a summer heatwave. These different conditions showcases a future in which clothing and lifestyle adapts to changing seasons.

The costumes will be of a modular nature, using a mix of sustainable textiles and repurposed camping gear.”
